Hire Terms

• 1. Part week bookings are sometimes available. Please telephone for details.
• 2. Pets are only permitted in the two pet friendly Holiday Homes. Please check with the Office for availability. Max size of dog Labrador size. £30 per dog per period. Selected caravans only.
• 3. Cars should be parked in the Holiday Home car park.
• 4. A deposit of £50.00 is payable for every week or part week booked and is not refundable in the event of cancellation. This should be paid by credit card as security is required on arrival for all incidentals, extras and damage that may be incurred during your stay.
• 5. Duvet, pillows and linen are included. Beds are made up for your arrival.
• 6. Please telephone during office hours to check if you week/s is available.
• 7. Check in is 3.00 pm and departure time is 10.00 am. Please telephone if arriving after 5 pm so keys can be arranged.
• 8. The deposit of £50.00 is due on booking and the balance 4 weeks before entry. The full amount will be due if booked within 4 weeks.
